Lisa's diverse clientele ranges from resort towns and financial institutions to corporations, colleges and a wide variety of retailers. She speaks from her own experience using humor and citing examples that come from daily life. Lisa will ask you to reassess your business not only through original image and supply goals but in the way you treat yourself, your staff and your customer, as well. Her belief is that if you have chosen to be in a service industry then your aim must be to serve -- and to do everything possible to help your staff and your customer achieve their goals.
