A trend is defined as a craze or fad. Keep this in mind when building your wardrobe. Also remember that just because it is in style does not mean you should wear it! Our world has changed, that is a fact. And yet fall leaves appear and winter snow blankets the landscape. The seasons are one thing we can count on. As you’re gathering in small groups and practicing social distancing, be warm and look fashionable in the season’s new trends. NEUTRAL TONE-ON-TONE WITH A POP OF COLOR. Pale beige with black, true browns and softened tones of toffee and camel. Add a pop of red or cobalt blue. PLAIDS. Bold tartan or hints of argyle. CAPES. Fringe-trimmed or sweeping A-lines. Touches of shearling, sequins, or Victorian ruffles. SKIRTED SUITS. Knee length to boot top, pencil skirts or flare. Adapt your skirt length. Most women look best with lengths that are either slightly above the knee, slightly below, or in the middle. Your hemline should land at the slimmest part of these three points. BE BOLD. Have fun, relax, take a walk – and stay safe.
